Description
PRODUCT INFORMATION OF DANFOSS Copeland 8 HP ZFI36KQE-TFD-5L0/R404A low temperature refrigeration compressor
Copeland Scroll ZFI36KQE-TFD-5L0 series compressors developed by Emerson provide excellent operating performance for low-temperature applications. This series of compressors has a wide operating range, and the evaporation temperature is as low as -40°C. The optimized design makes it perfectly suitable for food freezing. At the same time, the flexible scroll design makes the compressor have excellent ability to withstand liquid shock.
The product range includes:
• ZF*KQE series adopt liquid injection technology to control discharge temperature and expand compressor operating range
• ZFI*KQE series adopts gas jet enthalpy increasing technology and subcooler to improve system cooling capacity and efficiency
ZFI36KQE-TFD-5L0 features and advantages (excerpts):
• ZF, ZFI series compressors can operate at condensing temperature as low as 4.4°C, providing high seasonal energy efficiency ratio
• The dynamic discharge valve on the compressor can adjust the discharge pressure of the compressor according to the requirements, prevent the recompression of the gas in the compressor, and improve the energy efficiency considerably under the condition of high pressure ratio
• Gas injection enthalpy increase technology makes the energy efficiency ratio of ZFI compressors higher than that of single-stage compressors in low temperature applications, with excellent performance
Emerson Copeland Compressor ZFI36KQE-TFD-5L0
Compressor protection:
• ZF, ZFI series compressors have built-in motor protection to prevent motor overheating caused by phase loss or insufficient refrigerant charge
• ZF series is equipped with DTC liquid injection valve to control compressor discharge temperature
• ZFI series can be equipped with Emerson’s EVI gas injection enthalpy accessory to control the gas injection enthalpy loop, and at the same time ensure that the compressor operates at a safe discharge temperature
