Tips:
When putting together, make sure airtake to turbo is clean. Use a fresh air cleaner.Pre-lube turbo (pre-fill with engine oil prior to starting).

If replacement is due to oil failure, remove the charge air cooler. Make sure it’s emptied, drained and cleaned. Hose can be drained, too.
